🇸🇰 is not a single character. It is two regional indicator letters, 🇸 (U+1F1F8) and 🇰 (U+1F1F0), which spell SK, the two-letter code for Slovakia. Phones and computers that support flag emojis draw the pair as the flag.
Why do I see "SK" instead of the flag?
Windows does not draw country flag emojis. In Chrome, Edge and most Windows apps, 🇸🇰 shows up as the letters SK. The emoji is still correct: paste it into a message and anyone reading on an iPhone, Android phone or Mac sees the flag, like the image at the top of this page.
How to type the Slovakia flag emoji
